Best part of being at the IAWP in Cardiff Wales UK is in deciding which session to attend. This information, education, and awareness helps us all as serving police and retired officers and in our daily lives. Also sharing and networking with these amazing women in policing from 70 countries. I am thankful for listening to these women speak up and share their own ‘events’ in the workplace as women police officers. Despite these challenges they did not give up! Celebrate the 100 years of women in policing in the UK. Believe in the power of you and when you do, wow amazing things can happen.
