In 1998, it seems a lifetime ago, but that was the beginning of the journey in seeking to provide awareness and help for victims of bullying and sexual harassment in the RCMP. With the whispers across Canada I knew it was not an isolated experience. It takes courage to challenge any organization where there is a power imbalance. Speaking up is empowering.
