I spoke about resilience is in our attitude and having our own tools and strategies for dealing with workplace bullying and conflicts. Creating your own self care tools for happiness is something anyone can create. Use your imagination and find out what makes you feel energized and happy. That is one job only you can fulfill. We cannot change the bully but we can change how we respond, react and what we retain. A positive attitude is what gives you resilience in life. Everyone deserves a safe workplace.
