It must be challenging for any CEO dealing with a struggling company. Perceptions certainly paint variety of pictures and expectations of everyone may be unattainable. No matter what is happening a respectful workplace where the employees ‘feel safe’ and an environment that encourages all employees to see the benefits of remaining with the company may produce more productive results. From my experience working in a ‘war zone’ because of harassment/bullying, where all energy was focused on avoiding conflict and other bullying behaviours did not make for a efficient or effective employee. No one wins.
