A $100 million settlement for sexual harassment and bullying, hundreds of victims traumatized and yet the RCMP cannot seem to decide the code of conduct of its own officers. Some how the RCMP needs to figure out what kind of person they want to represent the badge. Although the case is before the courts I wonder what kind of training he received but I remember the lesson of ‘appropriate relationships’ sex with a young person or someone in our care was strictly forbidden. The issue of consent is irrelevant, he was in a positive of power.. Either way there is a traumatized victim who needs support.
