How do we find happiness?
One of my roads to happiness, no matter your age, is to be aware of the importance of physical and mental health. As a person with PTSD from years of workplace harassment and bullying, exercise has been part of my daily life. Getting rid of negative energy, thought patterns and frustration with physical activity has been key to keeping myself better equipped to have a healthy life. It is never too late to start to get fit.
