workplace conflict such sexual harassment and bullying can escalate to violence

It is important to be aware of what workplace violence looks like and how it can easily escalate to potential personal danger. At a recent lunch and learn I spoke about how workplace conflict such as bullying and sexual harassment can create a toxic work environment. Policies on anti harassment/bullying and respectful workplace are only as effective as those who enforce them.
